From coconut husk to certified, container-ready product
Six controlled stages stand between raw husk and the bag or bale that reaches your dock. Nothing skips a step, and nothing ships without a lab result.
Sourcing
We buy husk directly from coconut-belt farmer groups within a day's haul of our facility, keeping the supply chain short and traceable.
Retting & Extraction
Husk is soaked and mechanically decorticated to separate fibre from pith, the raw material for coco peat.
Washing & Buffering
Pith is washed to strip natural salts, then buffered with calcium nitrate to bring EC down to safe growing levels.
Grading & Blending
Fibre and pith are graded by particle size and blended to the aeration/water-retention ratio each product line needs.
Compression & Packing
Product is compressed into blocks, bales or slabs to cut shipping volume, then palletised for container loading.
Testing & Dispatch
Every batch is lab-tested for EC, pH and moisture before a certificate of analysis is issued and the order ships.
Tested before it's trusted
Every production run is sampled for EC, pH and moisture content in our on-site lab. Results are logged against the batch number and travel with the shipment as a certificate of analysis, so what you ordered is what clears customs.
- ✓ EC & pH tested per batch
- ✓ Moisture held under 12% for transit
- ✓ Certificate of analysis with every order
Want to see a sample before you commit to a container?
We send small-batch samples ahead of bulk orders so you can test EC, pH and expansion on your own bench.
